All of us have encountered a sore throat, cold, and cough at some point in their life. And frequently, we don't give it any thought. The most prevalent general health issues that people experience are:-
- Allergies - common allergies to foods, nuts eggs, milk, shellfish, pollen, mold, latex, pet dander etc
- Cold and Flu - Both these conditions are upper respiratory tract infections, which involve your nose, throat and lungs. The virus causes an increase in the inflammation of the membranes in the throat and nose.
- Fever and Pain - Fevers are usually a symptom of another condition, such as a lung, throat, or ear infection, and they typically disappear after a few days of rest. Rarely, a fever may be caused by a serious condition such an autoimmune disease or a hormonal imbalance. Fever can occasionally also be caused on by particular drugs, dehydration, or even a sunburns.
- Conjunctivitis (Pink eye) - There are several potential causes of conjunctivitis, an inflammation of the clear membrane (conjunctiva) that lines your eyelids and a portion of your eyeballs. It could be caused by a bacterial or viral infection, an allergy to pollen or animal dander, or irritants in the environment (smoke, chlorine, lens solution, etc.).
- Diarrhoea - Can be caused by bacterial infection in contaminated food or water, viral infection, parasites that enter the body through food and water, food intolerance like lactose, gluten etc
- Headaches - Everyone has the occasional mild headaches, but if your headaches are unbearably painful or unusually frequent, you probably want to find some relief. There are innumerable causes of headaches, and they vary depending on the individual. Cluster, tension-type, and migraine are the three most typical forms of headaches.
- Stomach Aches - Intestinal Gas (It's normal to regularly pass gas and have gas in your digestive tract. In actuality, everyone passes gas - a mixture of oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and methane - at least 12 times per day. Bloating, flatulence, and sharp sensations or cramps in the belly are common symptoms of intestinal gas discomfort.)
- Nausea and Vomiting - Can be caused by various reasons like Virus in the intestines, antibiotics, eating too much or spoilt food, motion sickness etc
