Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the appointment can be done only up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, wherein the money will be refunded to your Zuri Wallet in the form of Zuri credits. Members can use Zuri credits to use our services for future bookings. Any cancellation requested within 2 hours of the appointment will not be refundable in any form, further in case of unexpected occurrence, and on approval by the Zuri team, refund in the form of Zuri credits will be refunded on a case to case basis. Rescheduling of appointments after payment, will be adjusted in value if booking of another appointment with a different healthcare provider is not of the same/paid value. No refunds will be processed if patients do not attend the booked appointment. If in case the Healthcare provider fails to attend the booked appointment, the patient will have the choice of rescheduling the appointment at a later time or a full refund. In case there are delays from the patient’s end, Zuri Healthcare will not be liable and will not be able to provide a (n) refund/free reschedule/extended appointment duration at all.
